Project Overview
The project involved the demolition of six existing commercial units and construction of a substantial new mixed-use building in a busy London location.

Demolition and site clearance • Groundworks and structure • Building envelope • Roofing and windows • M&E coordination • Co-op commercial unit • 28 residential apartments • Internal fit-out and finishing.
Project Delivery
The works required careful programme management, site logistics and coordination of multiple trades from demolition through to completion. Particular attention was given to safe working, quality control and managing deliveries and access around the busy site.
