Project Overview

The project involved extensive conversion and structural alteration of the existing building to create a new commercial unit at ground-floor level with residential accommodation above.

Project Delivery

The works required careful coordination between the commercial and residential elements of the scheme, managing multiple trades through the structural, services and fit-out stages.

Completion

The completed project delivered a new ground-floor Sainsbury’s together with nine fully fitted residential apartments above, transforming the former public house into a mixed-use development.
