Project Overview

The project involved the redevelopment of a former mechanics workshop, requiring extensive strip-out, site preparation and decontamination before the main construction works could begin.

Project Delivery

The works required careful management of the former workshop site, including specialist remediation before progressing into the main build. Multiple trades were then coordinated through the structural, services and fit-out stages of the programme.

Completion

The completed scheme transformed the former commercial workshop into a modern mixed-use building, delivering new residential accommodation together with ground-floor commercial space.
