Major mixed-use construction scheme combining the refurbishment and extension of the historic Sandrock public house with substantial new residential accommodation.

Project Overview

The project centred around retaining and upgrading the existing pub while creating new apartments within the building and delivering additional new-build residential accommodation to the rear.

Refurbishment and structural alterations • Pub extension • Four apartments within the existing building • 11 new-build apartments • Four new houses • M&E coordination • Internal fit-out • Landscaping and external works.

Project Delivery

The scheme required careful coordination between the refurbishment of the existing building and the new-build residential elements, with structural, services and finishing works managed across the wider site.

Completion

The overall scheme provided for 19 new homes, combining apartments within the extended pub building with new-build flats and houses to the rear.
