Project Overview

The project involved the construction and fit-out of a new mixed-use scheme combining residential accommodation above substantial commercial space at ground-floor level.

Project Delivery

The works required careful coordination between the residential and commercial elements, with multiple trades managed through the structural, services and finishing stages of the programme.

Completion

The completed scheme delivered eight new apartments together with more than 4,000 sq ft of retail space, creating a substantial mixed-use building in Southgate.
